Thursday afternoon lunch treat

I don't normally eat a lot of bread (just two slices of toast in the morning with Nuttelex and Vegemite, I'm not the type who could easily eat toast in the morning, have a sandwich for lunch and a bread roll with dinner - my stomach wouldn't be able to handle it) - but every once in a while I have a craving for one of those awesome filled rolls that can be found in provedores and delis, like Lygon Food Store and King & Godfree's.

So here is my treat for the week - mortadella, bocconcini, tomato and lettuce on a toasted sourdough baguette. Om nom nom.
